ReplyDeleteIt wasn't a wheelie bin - it may have had wheels, but it wasn't a wheelie bin.
A few paragraphs in, it's described as a "communal bin - which is the size of a small skip". Clearly not the same type of bin which is menacing middle England as we speak.
